No problem with translating text, but rarely will translate any speech. Very disappointing. iMac running…OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

I just purchased it. I needed something to translate Italian songs, art songs, into English. So far the translations are very funny - not at all near to being exact or even close! I will need to write the Italian words. I hope it then works!! More later...

I bought this app to use while communicating with friends. It crashes repeatedly. I contacted the developer and they had me uninstall it, restart my computer and then install it again. It crashed again. It appears to work on Yosemite, but if you have macOS Sierra, avoid this app.

Crappy translation app. Don’t waste your money

Good app if you are in a language class. This app will help if your going to a new country and don’t know the language FULLY (have to know a little).

i have only been usisng this app today and i thought it was promising, however after comaparing the text translations to several others this app seems to mispell a lot of the spanish words. having a conversation with someone who speaks the spanish language and having them ask what does that mean is very annoying. which is when i decided to test certain words in different translators. all which showed different translations from this app and this was a paid for app. very disapointed.

The app I use the most in my Hebrew Study! Highly recommend.

I love this App :)

I have several translators, some costing much more, and this one is the best. Hands down. The translations are much more accurate than other translators. This one is also very easy to use and will speak your translation for you, too, so you know if your pronounciation is correct. Of course, you can enter text by typing OR speech. Also, you do not have to clear the field to enter another word or text for translation. Get this one. You will be pleased with the quality vs. cost.

This is fun to play with and actually helps refresh memory if you are rusty in a language. Seems fast and efficient in translations.

Agreed. Best translator of Spanish and Mexican Spanish in the app store.

This app States that it works on OS 10.9. This is not true as the app crashes upon opening in OS 10.9. The earlier version works fine on OS 10.9. I contacted support three times on this issue. They continue to tell me after A month that they are still working on the problem. I believe that they are not going to fix it at all. If I could just get the old version back again it would work. If you have OS 10.9 dont buy this.

A few glitches with Japanese spoken translation, but still very usable. Makes it much easier for an American living in Japan. It’s also helping me learn a diffucult language. Thanks !!!

The application seems to fail in translation (Turkish-> English)

When using the speak option to translate it negates the anchor option and allows the window to close. very annoying. Also when typing in a number it returns an actual number and not the spelling. UGH! English: “sixteen” it Returns : “16" (should return “dieciséis") for spanish. Please fix.
