WORTHLESS APP CRASHES UPON OPENNING ON OS 10.9

This app States that it works on OS 10.9. This is not true as the app crashes upon opening in OS 10.9. The earlier version works fine on OS 10.9. I contacted support three times on this issue. They continue to tell me after A month that they are still working on the problem. I believe that they are not going to fix it at all. If I could just get the old version back again it would work. If you have OS 10.9 dont buy this.
