Speak & Translate － Live Voice and Text Translator App Reviews

I think it’s really great and I am enjoying using it! Thank you!

This app basically fails in it’s main stated objective - speech and text translation - it just doesn’t work and maybe translates 10% of the text entered. Don’t buy it.

The speech translator seems to not be able to capture more than 7 or 8 words in a sentence before automatically cutting off. I was able to translate about 10 to 12 test sentences before it stopped translating altogether on me. Just sat there with the little circles going round and round and not translating either language. Total waste of 5 bucks.

I have had great luck communicating with my Spanish friends and enjoying being able to exchange ideas. I haven’t used the speak part too much but the text is perfect.

I love Speak and Translate on the iPhone. I was dissapointed, AFTER I BOUGHT THE APP, that Mandarin is not included as a spoken translation in the Mac version. Other than that it’s a Five Star App.
